Royal professional Marlene Koenig believes King Charles III is having to assume like his late mom Queen Elizabeth II after ascending to the throne.
The 74-year-old monarch, who would quickly be topped alongside his spouse Queen Consort Camilla, is displaying his son Prince Harry “tough love”, in accordance with the royal professional.
Koenig has in contrast the King to the late Queen, who needed to deal with her son Prince Andrew in the identical method.
After the backlash surrounding the King’s determination to evict the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from the royal home, Koenig mentioned that it is “not like they won’t have a place to stay.”
She claimed that, at instances like these, Charles has to “put on the crown and has to do something”, including: “Just as the Queen did with both Andrew and Harry.”
She claimed that the King, and late Queen, would have thought, “Ok, I love you, but you are not going to a part of the job, you can’t have it both ways.”
“It’s called tough love. There’s things you have to do. It’s something Charles had to do for the family. [He had to] cut this loose before the Coronation and move on,” Koenig continued.
